Kyrgyz Adult Education Association (KAEA) was established in 2006 under support of the Institute for International Cooperation of the German Adult Education Association dvv international (www.dvv-international.uz). KAEA is non-commercial organization, activities of which are aimed at establishment of conditions and possibilities for increasing cultural and educational level of adult population of Kyrgyzstan by effective regional adult education organizations.KAEA ia a membership organization and unites 13 Adult Training providers, covering all the regions of Kyrgyzstan. Members of the Association are united in the network and implementation of activities within joint projects is based on elaborated and approbated guidelines, policies and strategies, as well as procedures of planning, implementation, monitoring and evaluation of activities. Cooperation mechanisms ensure qualitative implementation of the project activities, in accordance with donors’ requirements and target groups’ needs.
KAEA activities are based on transparency, flexibility, creativeness and devotion to philosophy and ideas of adult education.
MISSION
Assistance to wide strata of adult population in adaptation to fastly changing economic, social and political situation and increasing of possibilities for personal and professional development through training programs.
OBJECTIVE
The main objective of the Association is consolidation of it’s members’ efforts for establishment and development of effective system of adult education providers, responsive to public, professional, cultural, social and personal needs of individuals in modern developing world. The Association aims at increasing the quality of adult training services, establishment of unique educational environment, promotion of modern adult training methods, as well as. summarizing and introduction of international experience in adult education development. Regional expansion and development of regional system of adult education is one of the main tasks of the Association, aimed at providing access to education for adult population both in cities and rural areas of the country. |
